Viburnum Mohawk Shrubs for Sale Online

Mohawk Viburnum is a truly breathtaking shrub when in bloom, clothed in snowy white fragrant flowers and a dab of red on the petals. Attractive horizontal branching and good fall color; makes a fantastic specimen shrub. Mohawk Viburnum is draped in stunning white daphne like flowers held atop the branches in mid-spring.

Mohawk Viburnum is a multi-stemmed semi-evergreen shrub with a shapely form and gracefully arching branches. Its average texture blends into the landscape, but can be balanced by one or two finer or coarser trees or shrubs for an effective composition. The serrated pointy leaves of this Viburnum turn an outstanding maroon red in the fall.

In addition to its unique blooms and vibrant foliage, the Mohawk shrub also bears black fruits that are held in abundance in spectacular clusters from mid summer to early fall.

This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season's flowers. It is a good choice for attracting birds to your yard, but is not particularly attractive to deer who tend to leave it alone in favor of tastier treats. It has no significant negative characteristics.
